Eyes Up is in active development. We're working with select pilot teams in 2025 to build the right solution—together. Here's where we are and where we're headed.
Eyes Up started with a simple observation: coaches are blind to what's happening off the field. Players show up impaired—from poor sleep, partying, lifestyle issues—and coaches have no way to know until it affects performance on game day.
We're building a platform that connects Oura Ring sleep data to a coach-friendly dashboard. The goal: give coaches visibility into team wellness they've never had before.
Right now, we're in conversations with potential pilot teams and finalizing our partnership with hardware suppliers. Pricing will depend on several factors we're still working through.
Working with Oura to finalize bulk ring procurement and pricing for teams.
Determining optimal pilot size—full roster vs. key players to prove value.
Targeting pilot launch in Spring 2025, full season deployment by Fall.
Oura Rings are the foundation of our platform. We're negotiating bulk pricing, figuring out sizing logistics (players need ring sizers before we can order), and planning for replacements and attrition.
The goal is to include rings in our pricing so teams don't have to manage hardware procurement separately. But final numbers depend on our supplier agreement.
Should a pilot include 15 key players or 50? Full roster or position groups? We're working with coaches to understand what proves value fastest while keeping initial investment reasonable.
Our hypothesis: start small, prove impact, then expand. But we need pilot partners to validate this approach.
Do you want standalone sleep visibility, or integration with your existing performance systems? Correlation with game grades? Lifting data?
Different integration depths require different development investment, which affects pricing. We want to build what coaches actually need—not over-engineer for features that won't get used.
We're building something new. You shouldn't be locked in before we've proven value. Pilots will be 6 months or less with no auto-renewal.
Pilot teams aren't just customers—they're partners. What you need informs what we build. Early teams have outsized influence on the roadmap.
Whatever happens with the program, players keep the Oura Rings. It's a tool for lifelong health, not just team tracking.
Once we finalize supplier agreements and pilot structure, we'll publish clear pricing. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Talking with coaches, understanding needs, finalizing supplier partnerships.
Select teams begin testing with real data. Rapid iteration based on feedback.
Incorporate pilot learnings. Prepare for fall season deployment.
Full roster visibility for pilot teams throughout the competitive season.
We're looking for 3-5 programs to partner with in 2025.
Pilot teams get early access, direct influence on product development, and preferred pricing when we go to market.
