Former CFL player. College football coach. 15+ years building software. I'm incredibly passionate about elevating the game of football—and the most obvious thing missing is sleep.

I've personally experienced how making sleep your primary trackable health metric can completely rewire nutrition, training, education, and social systems. It changed everything for me.

Now I'm building what I wish existed when I was on both sides of the sideline.

Why I'm Building This

I've seen players party the night before games, show up impaired on game day, and get other players injured.

I've struggled on the road as a player—specifically with early games when my body wasn't ready.

I've been on talented teams that got destroyed by internal culture—excessive drinking and partying that coaches couldn't see.

As a coach, I felt the frustration of making roster decisions without visibility into what happened outside the facility.

Sleep is the foundation. Everything else is built on it.
